CRS Mark for Microwave Ovens

The BIS CRS Certification for Microwave Ovens assures that the safety and quality requirements of Indian Standard IS 302 (Part 2): Section 25:2014 are met. Manufacturers must comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards’ Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS). The procedure consists of product testing at a BIS-approved lab, document submission, and application verification. Foreign producers must designate an Authorized Indian Representative (AIR). After certification, the BIS Standard Mark can be used. The certification is valid for two years and renewed. It assures product dependability and legal compliance in the Indian market.
