Services

1. Refund at the Choice of the Client Without Any Reason

Refund by the Purchaser: We will refund 100% of the amount received if you notify us within 4 hours of the purchase or payment via email to contact@instacertify.com. If you request a refund after 4 hours of the payment, no refund will occur.

Once your order is assigned to our network of professionals (consultants, testing laboratories, engineers, management consultants, and other professionals), it becomes non-refundable.

If you do not respond to the email/call/WhatsApp for more than seven (7) days, the order shall be deemed canceled, and no refund will occur under any circumstances.

Refund is subject to approval from the assigned consultant or laboratory. In case of disputes between the client and consultant/laboratory, it will be considered an individual dispute, and Instacertify will not be liable.

2. Refund in Case Our Network of Professionals Is Unable to Deliver the Services

If our network of professionals cannot deliver services due to a change in law and you cannot meet the revised regulatory norms, no refund will be provided. However, if you have supplied all required documents, qualifications, and facilities, and our professionals either lack experience or deny working on your assignment, we may reassign the service order to another professional. If no professional can deliver the service within a cooling period of 30 days, you may request a refund by emailing help@instacertify.com.

Delays caused by regulators or government departments are excluded from refund eligibility. Any such delay shall not be considered the fault of the consultant or laboratory.

No refund will be entertained in case of application rejection by government authorities due to reasons beyond the consultant’s control. Reapplication after rejection will require the client to pay 70% of professional fees, 100% of government fees, and any additional expenses. A new order will be created after client approval.

You agree to bear all penalties or fees imposed by government authorities. Neither Instacertify nor its professionals shall be held liable for such penalties.

Orders placed by middlemen, unregistered professionals, or unauthorized agents will be canceled without refund.

Refunds will not be granted if documents required for service completion have been shared or if the client abandons their plans, changes their mind, or claims service delays.

3. Refund for Professional Inability

Refunds may be granted only if the assigned professional cannot deliver the agreed services, verified in writing by the consultant and submitted for review. Refunds will be processed only after verification and written acknowledgment of the professional’s inability.

While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we understand there may be instances where refunds are requested. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered:

  • 1. Reassigned to another laboratory or consultant in our network, or

    2. Refunded upon written confirmation of service non-delivery by the assigned laboratory or consultant.

  • Cooling Period: If the service cannot be delivered within 30 days from the date of assignment, clients may request a refund.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be processed if delays are caused by external factors, such as regulatory approvals, government processes, or incomplete documentation provided by the client.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the client fails to respond to communication (email, call, or WhatsApp) for more than seven (7) days, the order will be considered canceled.

  • If documents or information required for service completion are not furnished within 15 days of the request.

  • If services are delayed due to government or regulatory authorities’ processing times.

  • If an application or service is rejected by government authorities for reasons outside the consultant’s control.

  • If the client decides to abandon the service, changes their mind, or claims delays after the process has started.

Refund for Equipment Sold on the platform

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch.

  • If the wrong product is delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing help@instacertify.com with the order details, proof of purchase, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the defective product).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Consumables that are opened or partially used.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved:

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for returns due to product defects or delivery errors will be borne by Instacertify.com.

  • For other returns, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

6. Warranty and Repairs

For products under warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms. Instacertify.com does not process refunds for warranty-related claims unless explicitly agreed.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, customers can escalate their issues to our nodal officer by emailing contact@instacertify.com. The decision of the nodal officer will be final.

Amendments to Policy

Instacertify reserves the right to amend this refund policy without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and will not be refunded to third parties under any circumstances. Refund processing timelines range from 30 to 60 working days after approval.

Escalation Matrix:
  • Level 1: Email the assigned professionals with a cc to contact@instacertify.com. A response may take up to 7 days.

  • Level 2: If dissatisfied, escalate to our nodal officer at nikhil@instacertify.com. The nodal officer’s decision, made within 7 working days, is final.

Other Terms:
  • Payments are made online to the specified bank account. Upon receipt, a professional will be assigned within 30 minutes of confirmation.

  • Clients must understand their service requirements and provide all necessary documents to professionals or government agencies as requested.

  • In case of disputes, the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Instacertify reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
