ISI Mark for Electric Ceiling Type Fans

India's obligatory BIS certification for electric ceiling fans per IS 374:2019 guarantees product safety, performance, and energy economy.  Domestic manufacturers as well as importers must have the certification, controlled by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).  Application submission, product testing at labs approved by BIS, manufacturing inspection, and approval comprise the procedure.  All ceiling fans in India must carry the BIS Standard Mark starting on February 9, 2024.  This accreditation guarantees government compliance, increases consumer confidence, and improves product quality.  Non-compliance might land fines or a ban on Indian goods sales.
