List of Documents Required
1. Application Form: Duly filled and signed NSIC application form.
2. Udyam Registration Certificate: Proof of MSME registration under the Udyam Registration portal, which verifies the enterprise as a Micro, Small, or Medium entity.
3. Company Registration Documents: Business registration documents such as GST registration certificate, PAN card, and certificate of incorporation or partnership deed.
4. Audited Financial Statements: Audited balance sheets and profit & loss statements for the last three financial years (or as applicable for newly established MSMEs).
5. Banker’s Report: This report comes from your main banker. It shows how well your company is doing financially.
6. Performance Statements: These statements talk about the work you've done for big government clients. They show how well you've done in the past.
7. List of Machinery and Equipment: This list shows all the tools and equipment you use. It shows how good you are at making things or providing services.
8. Quality Certification: If you have ISO or quality certifications, show them here. They prove the quality of your products or services.
9. Ownership or Lease Agreement: Here, you need to prove you own or lease your business space. This is where you make things or provide services. .
10. Declaration Form: This is a form where you say you follow all the rules. It's on your company's letterhead.
11. Product Catalog or Brochure: Show off what you sell or do with a catalog or brochure. It should be about your business.
12. Electricity Bills or Utility Bills: Recent bills prove you're running your business from a real place.
13. Purchase Order (For New Units): New businesses need a purchase order from a big client. This shows you're a real business.
