Cost and Fee Structure

Certification costs are not flat; they are highly customized based on the scale and complexity of your operation.    A one-time processing fee for your initial documentation.

   Costs associated with the independent auditor’s time, travel, and on-site inspection.

3. 3.Ongoing Licensing/Surveillance Fees:

   Annual costs to maintain the certification and use the Fairtrade Mark.

Validity & Renewal

A Fairtrade Certificate requires continuous compliance and operates on strict renewal cycles: During this cycle, independent auditors will conduct regular surveillance audits to monitor ongoing compliance. In the final year of your cycle, a comprehensive Renewal Audit is required. Instacertify takes the stress out of renewals by tracking your compliance deadlines, keeping your documentation updated, and ensuring your certification status remains uninterrupted year after year.

• Producers: The certification cycle lasts for 3 years.
• Traders and Licensees: The certification cycle is valid for 5 years (or up to 6 years for small licensees).
