CRS Mark for Scanners

The BIS CRS (Compulsory Registration Scheme) accreditation is required for scanners supplied in India to assure safety and quality compliance. Scanners must comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards’ (BIS) IS 13252 (Part 1):2010 standard for IT equipment safety. Manufacturers must test their goods at a BIS-approved laboratory and report the results through the Manak Online site. Following approval, the BIS CRS mark is granted to ensure regulatory conformity.
