Pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, IVF centres, microbiology labs and electronics assembly rely on clean air. ISO 14644-1 classifies cleanrooms by airborne particle count, and the revised Schedule M of the Drugs Rules requires pharmaceutical manufacturers to qualify and periodically requalify their clean areas and air-handling systems.
Validation measures airborne particles, HEPA filter integrity (by aerosol challenge), air velocity and air changes, pressure differentials, recovery time and airflow pattern. Biosafety cabinets are also tested for inflow and downflow velocity, which protect the operator and the work.
What we do for you
- Lab and parameter list chosen for your purpose: licence, export, buyer or internal QC
- Sampling guidance, and pickup or on-site sampling where needed
- One contact who follows up with the lab until the report is issued
- Report explained in plain language, with next steps if a result fails
