FSSAI licence conditions require food manufacturers to have their products tested periodically in an FSSAI-notified, NABL-accredited lab and to upload the reports on FoSCoS. The test covers the quality parameters in the product’s standard together with the contaminants, toxins, residues and microbiological limits that apply to it.
We map each of your products to its FSSAI category and standard, so the lab tests the complete parameter list rather than a partial one. The same report is used for retailer and e-commerce onboarding, government tenders and export documents. Products without an FSSAI standard are tested for safety parameters, and may need product approval before launch.
What we do for you
- Lab and parameter list chosen for your purpose: licence, export, buyer or internal QC
- Sampling guidance, and pickup or on-site sampling where needed
- One contact who follows up with the lab until the report is issued
- Report explained in plain language, with next steps if a result fails
